Full Clinic Construction & CT Room Expansion
(6th Floor Commercial Condo)
This project involved the complete construction of a six-operatory dental clinic
located on the sixth floor of a commercial condominium building in Richmond Hill.
The scope included a full clinic build-out, a major CT room expansion, and the
integration of custom cabinetry, signage, IT infrastructure, and clinical equipment
— all carefully coordinated within a multi-storey environment.
In addition to construction, SP Pro Construction delivered a fully integrated
solution, including computer hardware setup, security camera installation, and
custom-designed reception furniture.
Due to the building’s vertical access constraints, this project required detailed
logistics planning, precise scheduling, and close coordination across multiple trades
to deliver a fully operational clinic designed for long-term efficiency and workflow.

Full Clinic Build-Out | 2nd Floor Condo Unit
Project Overview
This project involved the complete build-out of a modern dental clinic located on the second floor of a commercial condominium in Thornhill, Ontario. The scope included the construction of multiple operatories, a dedicated sterilization and CT room, staff and support spaces, and a fully customized reception area designed to enhance both workflow efficiency and patient experience.
SP Pro Construction managed the project from initial planning through final delivery, coordinating all trades within a multi-unit building environment while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare and building regulations. Custom dental cabinetry, interior and exterior signage, and a fully integrated IT and network system were delivered as part of a turnkey solution.

Dr. Hyun Dental Clinic — Oakville, ON Full Clinic Renovation & Expansion (Ground Floor)
Project Overview
This project involved a major renovation and expansion of an operating dental clinic located on the ground floor of a commercial property in Oakville, Ontario. The objective was to modernize the clinic, improve workflow efficiency, and expand clinical capacity while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for patients.
SP Pro Construction completed extensive interior renovations, including upgrades to the reception area, treatment rooms, sterilization and CT facilities, staff spaces, and washrooms.
